Terms of Service

1. Early access beta

Code</>sensei is currently in early access beta. The platform is provided as-is. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We make no guarantees of availability or uptime during this period.

2. Your servers and data

You own your servers and your data. Code</>sensei connects to servers you provide and operates only with the SSH credentials you supply. We do not access your servers for any purpose other than executing deploy tasks you explicitly initiate.

You are responsible for the security and configuration of your own servers. We are not liable for damage to servers caused by deploy operations you request.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Code</>sensei to:

  • Deploy applications that violate applicable law.
  • Attack, scan, or probe servers you do not own or have explicit permission to access.
  • Distribute malware or engage in any activity that harms third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. No liability for deployment failures

Deployments involve executing commands on your servers. We are not liable for application downtime, data loss, or any other damage resulting from a failed or successful deployment. You are responsible for testing your deployment configuration before using it in production.

5. Platform availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available. However, during early access, maintenance windows may occur without advance notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime.

6. Billing

The Hobby plan is free. Paid plans are described on the pricing page. During early access, we will notify you before any billing begins. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from account settings. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
